Alloy Wheel Specialist of St. Louis repaired the badly damaged wheel on my 2025 Kia Sorento. It looked brand new and they saved me hundreds in not having to replace it. The cost was very reasonable and they charged the estimated cost they provided up front. The workmanship was outstanding. Their staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Alloy Wheel Specialist of St. Louis for all your wheel repair needs.

I unfortunately had damage to my rim and was really upset about it. I take care of my SUV and I like to keep my belongings nice and clean. I have had a stressful month or so, while losing my cat to cancer last week. This incident really brought me down and I called around trying to get an reasonable quote. Low and behold, I came into contact with Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. The receptionist was very friendly, as she graciously listened to my explanation of my incident; while quickly sending my pictures to there repair specialist, Chad Frederick. Chad and his assistant were very prompt, professional, and efficient. Chad worked with me on schedule, and place, and he truly went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Unknown to him, I recently lost my 15 year old cat and I was really down in the dumps. Even though I had to get into some savings to pay for the repair, the fact that it is done now and looks so great, makes me feel much better! My wheel repair was probably not easy and the time and care put into the job was phenomenal. I am a very pleased customer. Alloy Wheel Repair will not disappoint. Thank you all again and thank you for making my week a little bi

The folks at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of St. Louis are fantastic. They got back to me very quickly with a quote and scheduled my appointment for the next day. I had two damaged spots on a black powder coated wheel where my wife curbed it. I was in and out in just over an hour with a wheel that looked brand new. The entire staff was great and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I used them in the past with no issues. However, I had nothing but issues this time around. Wheels were redone 3 times, mostly due to many imperfections in several wheels. Some also had to be redone due to inconsistencies from wheel to wheel. My wheels have the brand name on them and 2 wheels you could read it and 2 wheels you couldn’t. Finally, after 3 attempts, they were acceptable but still only an 8.5/10 quality wise. Then, the wheel weights fell off more than once, while I ceramic coated them. It took no effort for the weights to come off. I ended up paying another person to fix it who also noted the balance was incorrect in the first place. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because their customer service was excellent the entire time. They didn’t make any excuses and just said they would fix it each time. I think if the quality control could improve, you’d see 4.5-5/5 starts from me.
